40 - From Managing a Clothing Store to Inventing The EAR KIT w/ Amanda Harper of @_harpermade

This week on the Modern Happiness Podcast, Matt and Taylor got to sit down and interview Amanda Harper the founder of @_harpermade Jewelry. 

 

Almost 8 years ago, Amanda was managing a clothing store and knew in her heart that it wasn't the job for her. Instead of working her life away for someone else, she decided to get creative. She went to a Michaels craft store one day and picked up supplies to make her own jewelry. 

 

This fun creative hobby turned into a huge opportunity and she has been able to successfully run a business of her own for the last 8 years...check out her designs @_harpermade on Instagram!

 

BUT that is not where the story stops. Amanda just launched a new product (one that is going to change the way people wear earrings) called the EAR KIT. She launched a Kickstarter campaign for this revolutionary idea and had her goal funded within 6 hours. This woman is making waves in the fashion industry and we are so grateful that we got to sit down and pick her brain for this episode.
